Welcome to the Fervent Prayers™ app (“App”), a digital platform designed to help users deepen their relationship with God through personalized prayer, spiritual guidance, and biblical support. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the App and any related services provided by Fervent Prayers LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

 

 

1. Purpose of the App

Fervent Prayers™ is a tool designed to support individual spiritual growth by offering AI-powered, Scripture-based prayer guidance, biblical insight, and encouragement. The App is not a substitute for professional counseling, pastoral care, or medical advice. It is meant to supplement, not replace, your personal walk with God and connection to your local church.

 

 

2. User Eligibility

By using this App, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher)

  • Have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms

  • Will use the App in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and these Terms
     

If you are under 18, we encourage the involvement of a parent or guardian in your use of the App.

To use the App, you must create an account by providing:

5. AI Interaction and Limitations

The responses you receive in the App come from an AI that has been prayerfully designed and spiritually informed. While the App uses Scripture and sound biblical principles, it is not a human being, and it does not replace your relationship with God, your Bible, your pastor, or your local church.

We encourage all users to:

  • Test everything by the Word of God (1 Thessalonians 5:21)

  • Seek pastoral counsel when needed

  • Continue building a real, daily relationship with God through prayer, Scripture, and community
     

 

6. Privacy and Data Use

8. No Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of the AI content. While we strive to offer biblically sound responses, we cannot guarantee theological perfection or application to every personal situation.

We are not responsible for:

  • Misinterpretation or misuse of content

  • Reliance on content instead of medical, legal, or pastoral advice

  • Technical interruptions or data loss
     

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fervent Prayers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to discontinue its use.

 

 

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our features, policies, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” and may notify you within the App. Your continued use after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

 

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or behavior that we determine to be inappropriate or harmful.

You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us at info@ferventprayersapp.com.

 

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Fervent Prayers LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
